Shipping policy

Order Processing Time All orders are typically processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. Processing times may vary depending on order size, item availability, and time of year. We cannot guarantee a specific processing time.

Domestic Shipping (Canada) Shipping rates within Canada are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.

United States Shipping We offer flat rate shipping to the United States at $25 USD per order.

International Shipping We ship to a variety of countries outside Canada and the United States, except those subject to Canadian and/or US economic or other sanctions. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are subject to change. All international shipping charges are in USD. Order Tracking When your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to become available.

P.O. Boxes We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
